LEGATUS International is a wholly Emirati-owned mainland company established in Abu Dhabi. We work with international manufacturers, specialist suppliers and local partners seeking to develop business in the United Arab Emirates.
Our work centres on the commercial relationship: understanding an offering, identifying relevant buyers, establishing requirements and developing opportunities through direct engagement. Representation is one part of that role, alongside market development and partnership building.
OUR ROLE
A local point of coordination for an international business.
A principal brings its products, technical expertise and delivery capability. LEGATUS contributes a UAE commercial focus, coordinating buyer discussions, presentations and follow-up within a defined assignment. Where the opportunity needs a distributor, integrator or service partner, the arrangement is developed around the capability required.
The objective is a commercially workable relationship. That means clarity on who represents whom, who can approve a commitment, who contracts with the customer and how delivery and support will be organised.
WORKING TOGETHER
A defined relationship, shaped around the opportunity.
An assignment may concern a product range, selected accounts, a market segment or a specific project. Scope, authority and commercial terms are agreed before representation begins. As opportunities develop, the parties review what is required and whether the arrangement should change.
